Mercedes today unveiled the F125 concept car - a car bearing the three-pointed star's F name to demark it as a tech testbed, and the 125 to mark Merc's 125th anniversary in this four-wheeled business. The Nissan Qazana is an important car, not just for Nissan in this tough economic climate, but also for the workforce in Sunderland. The Qazana, unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this month, is set to take the place of the Micra at Nissan’s Sunderland plant, safeguarding over 1,000 local jobs. And after the official first view of the Qazana at Geneva, Nissan bosses decided it was time to let the workforce in Sunderland have a good look at the Qazana to see what mad-looking motor is going to save their jobs.

Here are the first official photos of Volkswagen's facelifted Touareg, already uncovered during hot weather testing by CAR Online. A chrome effect grille surround and Eos-inspired headlights bring the luxury 4x4 in line with VW's latest models, while at the rear, revised lights, bumper and exhaust pipes spruce up the Touareg. New safety gadgets are introduced.
